“You get what you pay for a cheap hair colour job”

I have been using colour 117D for many many months now since returning from using a even cheaper brand but am not happy with the end results from month to month. My hair comes out darker one time and lighter the next month and almost black another! The product has a strong smell to it and is hard to remove from the skin!! And no matter how hard I try I always have a few strands of grey that remain uncoloured and no never in the same spot!!!! And whats with the new cheap gloves offered in the box they won't stay on my hands??
