“Natural Instinct Light Ash Brown”

I use to love using the Light Ash Brown but since they have changed to the cool browns I hate it. I can use the new cool brown and it does okay but
when I use the 2 week enhancer it turns my hair red. Won't ever use the enhancer again - tried it 3 times and the old saying strike 3 you are out.
Will look for a new product. I read a lot of reviews about the enhancer and Clariol says nothing has changed - let them put it on their hair.
Seems like they would pay attention to reveiws by what use to be their loyal customers. Go back to the old product

I have used Light Ash Brown for several years-the new cool brown isn't bad; however the color enhancer turned my hair a nasty copper/orange color and it also stained my scalp-
I wonder if anyone at Clairol reads these reviews-DUH
