“Searche Wowcher Fraud”

I purchased through Wowcher hair extensions from a company called Serache.
Wowcher took my money, Serache took additional money for P&P, no products were ever recieved. I understand I am one of many customers in this situation.

Serache has failed to respond to any enquiries whatsover although I now see they are advertising the exact same deal on kgb, groupon and gumtree.
They don't advertise a telephone numebr so email is the only way to reach them.

Wowcher fobbed me off for a long time, repeatedly refused to provide information on their complaints procedure and won't provide a refund.

Complete FRAUD by both companies

totally agree with above comment. don't use serache, they don't answer e-mails and no telephone number. wowcher have given me a voucher for the cost of extentions but have still lost P&P costs plus the disappointment to my daughter as they were a birthday present

OMG I am in exactly the same situaiton. I am going to report them to trading standards and watch dog.

The same has happend to me and my friend ,only we were having them put in
at a salon ,
we payed,they recieved,had consultaion over the phone and told us we would hear from them 48hrs before the date they had given us to let us know location of salon ...........didnt hear from them again .
WOWCHER are now dealing with this , we are very dissapointed as we had to take day off work . reprt them.wowcher are rubbish my friend has had no end of bother with this site and will never use them again .
