Do not join this gym .I have been trying to cancel for over 2 weeks making a number of phone calls and visits to the gym and still they havnt canceled .In the mean time i am getting debt letters from their partner company( HARLANDS ) telling me to set up my direct debit account or i will get charges added to my bill . I canceled within a 14 day cooling of period and now they are telling me they is no cooling of period .once you join your in for a year . they cant even run a gym which is why i left .Going to go back too my old gym that actually keeps it clean and people have respect for the equipment .
All i saw in the gym was people not wearing gym cloths but dirty work cloths .People eating in the exercise areas and throwing banana skins on the floor .Weights never put away so you end up tripping over them .staff always on their mobile phones instead of doing their job .They might do a joining deal for you but believe me you wont get a deal .

I have ongoing problems with harlands and xercise 4less. Have home contents insurance which covers legal representation. Was told on a different issue by a lawyer that if you are not told of your right to cancel a goods and services contract within 14 days then your right to cancel is then extended to one year (12 months). This is law under the goods and services act 1982. If you are told you have no right to cancel. Then they are in breach of this

Harlands are not their partner company. Harlands are a fincance company who collect payments for X4less and about 800 other companies.
