I had exercise my rights to cancel my membership before the Hounslow gym had opened and as a precaution I had also cancelled my direct debit.
The Hounslow Membership team were also informed and were very unhelpful and were only concerned in getting members in and not why I had changed my mind.
I have now received a letter from a direct debit collection company called Harlands saying that I had owed £19.99 plus £25 admin fee. So I had sent them an email telling them that I did not owe money and they should contact Xercise4less themselves as I have no dealings with them.
To this date Xercise4less have not made an effort to contact me and yet they have been sending me junk text messages and emails, even though I had tried contacting them via their website.
