Me and my partner sent an email to cancel then stopped the direct debit. We then received a letter stating we did not go through the proper procedures and they had not received the email and had to pay £69.98 each to cancel, after a lot of arguing to and fro we eventually ended up paying £29.99 each or be taken to court. As far as we are concern we would advise all to stay away. We are both retired and now feel as if we have been abused by this company.
