They ignore letters and e-mails asking to cancel their service.
I'm trying to fix this now, but effectively, their representatives, Harlands have sent me a letter threatenting to charge £25.00 becuase I cancelled my Direct Debit.
Of course I cancelled it, we haven't used their facilities in 10 months and we've sent several letters and e-mails to cancel now the 12 month commitment is up.
I'll have to take legal action soon if this carries on, but I warn everyone to steer clear unless you intend to NEVER leave them.
Pathetic.
