“Amazing Cardiff Gym”

Have been a member of Vitality for a while and the difference it has made to my life is amazing. Upon joining I received a full induction as I wasn't confident with all the equipment available. As part of my membership I was also given a personal fitness programme to follow and an hours free personal training to get me started and help me achieve my goal.
