Have been a member of Vitality for a while and the difference it has made to my life is amazing. Upon joining I received a full induction as I wasn't confident with all the equipment available. As part of my membership I was also given a personal fitness programme to follow and an hours free personal training to get me started and help me achieve my goal. As well as the gym being fantastic the classes were great too, over 20 to choose from and all free.
The gym has also been massively extended and includes new equipment plus a second studio. I only pay £18.99 for a full membership but i am aware of an off peak membership that is slightly cheaper. I would recommend this gym to everyone as it is friendly and open to all.
