Wanted to become a member, but it became soooo painful, that i have decided to join fitness first, even though virgin is just a 2 min walk from my house.

The sales guy on the phone was useless, didnt knew the packages, and was not paying attention to my query.

The lady on the front desk was equally pathetic. Told me sales staff has gone for the day, and i need to pay some money to some charity(not against charity, but you cannot force me to pay to a charity), to use the club for the day. And i repeatedly told her that i wanted to become a member, not interested in temporary stuff!!
