“Disgraceful customer service”

The level of customer service provided by this gym is disgusting. After contacting the gym because both me and my partner had been overcharged for 2 months I ended up speaking to 5 members of staff who all assured me they would contact me back.... Not one of them did. After being overcharged for 2 months I am nowhere closer to having my query resolved. I rarely review online, however want people to be aware before signing up to this gym.....DON'T DO IT!!!!!!! (read more)

I have been using the leisure facilities at the Manchester Ashton Village for 5 Months. Found the staff very friendly and facilities up to date and the leavel of cleanliness reasonably high. One down side is if you are disabled on a rainy or busy day you have to park away fom the front door and walk past all the big expensive BMW's and the like without blue badges parked in the disabled places near the front door guess they don't want to upset their rich customers but at the expense of...
