“Disgraceful customer service”

The level of customer service provided by this gym is disgusting.

After contacting the gym because both me and my partner had been overcharged for 2 months I ended up speaking to 5 members of staff who all assured me they would contact me back.... Not one of them did.

After being overcharged for 2 months I am nowhere closer to having my query resolved.

I rarely review online, however want people to be aware before signing up to this gym.....DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!
