“Outstanding New Health Club”

This new gym in Carlisle is really something special. The staff are always there right next to you when you workout. The sessions are really short but fun and effective. The facilities are really nice and well kept. It is a small family run business and yet they have created a really relaxed, informal place to workout that competes with any of the big chains!
