Omg do not sign up to fitness first!!!!!!!! God forbid if you fall I'll or have to have an operation, yes they freeze it for you but then add the time back onto your contract. Also if you ever need to cancel due to a change of circumstances financially apparently you need to employ the services of a financial advisor in order to prove that you cannot afford to pay the contract! Nowhere n the contract does it state this! Hopefully this will help other people who are thinking of joining this company, I couldn't leave no stars or I would have!,,

Fitness first is a separate company than total fitness.
