Preston total fitness is not the family friendly gym they claim to be. In my 5 months of being there, each time I tried to take my children to their "splat" children's swimming, I was told some lame excuse as to why it was cancelled. To this day my children have never managed to take part in the family fun swim. The family chaaging rooms are disgusting like they never get cleaned. I always go in the ladies and even in there the hygiene standards are poor. You raise issues with staff but they are not interested. They make false promises but you know as long asyasyur paying your membership they don't care. I would not recommend Preston total fitness to anyone. There are other gyms in Preston that are the same price but that offer a much better service and quality gym.
