i have just cancelled my membersip, as i have paid for 7 years and got nothing from this company except excuses, the best thing was peter the spin instructor who i found today has left and gone to another competitior with four other staff not a good sign. We get a letter Jan 2011 saying spending millions on refurbing what rubbish and now aug 2012 nothing has happend or changed and no answers, your staff obviously feel the same as me get out while they still have a job, great clubs , head office never listen just fob you off, hope the worst for the future
