“A ladies gym that really cares for my health and happiness”

SwanS Health and Beauty have the right equipment to meet my needs in a layout that is clean and easy to work around. I was looking for somewhere to get back into a fitness regime in a gentle way where it didn't feel threatening. “The Best Gym”

This is a fantastic all women gym, just want I want. The Circuit is great in just 30 minutes or longer if you wish. Also the Arke equipment is great as it means you do not have to jog inbetween the machines, different things for different parts of your body. The staff are brilliant and help you as much as you want, so if you want to go round on your own you can & also if you want extra help you just need to ask. Friendly staff that are always there to help you. The best fitness idea i have ever seen as it doesnt feel like im workout out but im loosing the inches and feel fantastic. The fittest i have been in years!! (read more)
