Terrible management... Unreliable instructors, Demotivating

Was a member of this gym for 2 years. Finally stopped my membership after being fed up with repeatedly cancelled classes with no subs, and poor management.

Management are not receptive to complaints, and if you do complain or protest to anything, you find yourself being victimised.

They de-activated my entry card simply because I switched from direct debit to paying in person, given I had been a victim of fraud. This meant I had to queue each time I attended the gym or a class just to be allowed in. Staff thought it stupid, and tried to rectify. Management refused to fix. It went on like this for the remainder of my membership.

Later, once my membership ended, I found myself banned altogether from even attending casually booked classes as punishment for having complained.

I would say avoid any membership with this gym, but if you want to attend clases, book casually - you will get a refund if the instructor flakes out and you wont be subjected to such victimisation by the club.

Utterly ridiculous.
