I joined the gym in March 2014, I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness particularly in the locker rooms and the showers. I don't think its just because its new as I see the cleaners in the morning and in the evening I have witnessed instructors going around cleaning the equipment! I am a fattie however I feel comfortable going to the gym despite the usual groupie types being present(slim young girls who are all exceptionally friendly with the instructors)but no more than you would find in most other gyms. Having said that, I do find all the instructors friendly and helpful even though i'm not part of the groupie set some of the instructors know me by name and will acknowledge you when training. I would recommend this gym to anyone who is not use to or scared of the gym, especially in the afternoons it is not crowded and you can use the machines at your leisure. I am very happy with the service and I don't agree with the negative review given by an earlier member. It would be unfair of me to name the personal instructors which I find helpful as I have not spoken with all of them but the majority of them I think are very helpful
