Your Brierley Hill branch is making a mockery of you franchise and I strongly suggest you pull your staff into order!!!
It has been proved that your staff have started a spotted in pure gym Brierley Hill on Facebook which takes the mick out of the members, I would like to point out people pay good money to use that place and I find it a big invasion of Privacy for a privet members club. I hope you will address your staff and deal with this matter ASAP.

I take a big issue with the quality of member who uses a Pure Gym - I've been a member of one in the past and have found the very people that the Facebook group refers to (Time wasters, messy leaving your weights out, in your face abusive and downright rude) as the norm.

If you're paying less than £20 a month with no contract there isn't going to be a lot of effort put in on either side to ensure a quality visit. There never seemed to be any enforcement of the rules (including anyone and his dog using someone elses pin) and certainly no regard for good manners and normal gym ettiquette.

Yes there's plenty of kit, but then there's plenty of gym members too and they get stupidly busy at even the quiet times. If you're faced with that scenario and the majority of the people are idiots with a chip on their shoulder, or who leave their weights lying about you're bound to be in for a crappy experience...

....however. It's cheap, what more can you expect, and you're not in a contract. So vote with your feet and leave.
