This has got to be one of the best gyms i've ever been with.
Firstly, its great for price.. Considering i pay £18.99 I still think its worth the payments. My cousins we're lucky enough to get it at the £10.99 but still! Most gyms these days are charging from £25.00

The atmosphere is so relaxed. You don't feel like your been watched or an amount of pressure too work out.
I've got confidence issues and previous gyms i've been too i felt really paranoid but everyone here are just friendly and get on with working out.
The staff are friendly and if you ever need to ask them a question or just to say hi there always around.

Its clean, fresh and the equipment is brilliant. As well as having a decent amount of classes too choice from included in the price of the membership.

Before deciding to join up you can purchase day passes and if you follow them on FB or Twitter they usually give you discount codes etc.

I just really enjoy coming here and i will tell everyone too join.
