Worse Gym ever & worse management as well

1- I had a 3 months contract which suppose to end if I don't renew it ( As everywhere else in the world) yet it was spontaneous renewal.

2- I would expect your employee to explain this condition for me when I registered because it is considered as the most important info for any participant especially if I am not an English native speaker.

3- Even when I read the conditions which written in the contact in a very small font ,, I didn't know that what is meant - So hard to understand them by my own

4- I asked the employer I am the first one with this problem and she said NO Not the first one ... So many already faced this problem and in future many will face it as well ,, Don't you think proper explanation is needed for this condition?

5- I would expect at least an email from Nuffield notifying me that my contact has been renewed (So I will not pay without even using the facility) - this is the least thing you could do.

6- I came 2 days ago to cancel the membership yet the employer said I cant do this - I need to give a notice of one calender month - I think this is very unfair when I registered you did not ask me to wait until the next calender month but accepted me but when I leave I have to wait for a one calendar month. what justification for this !!

7- The response I got from them was even worse

8- Over priced gym
