What used to be a fantastic customer experience and enjoyable visit is now a trial and battle against appalling customer service and reduced cleanliness.
I use the Nuffield, Greens, Wakefield and have since it opened and I am saddened to see this centre go so down hill so quickly.
In recent bad weather, no attempt was made to clear the car park, the pool was closed with no communication to all members - they have my mobile number and email address but I had no notification of closure.
I look forward to cancelling my membership.
