Gym is ok. Too much cardio and lacking in weights/oly bars for my liking and nowhere to squat (the smith machine is NOT a place to squat).
However, my real grievance is with the customer service. I spoke to several of the PT's and members of staff about various things to which they all say yes, only to do NOTHING of what they said they would.
Recently tried to cancel it and was told on the 30th November that I could cancel it on the 1st December. Went on the first and they said the money had already gone and couldn't cancel before February. Everyone just seems to pass the book just to try and get you to give up.
After some persistence I am supposedly getting a cheque in the post to compensate my next 2 months I won't be able to use, I won't hold my breathe.
