The Reston Virginia gym has been going downhill steadily since it was bought by two men. Most of the good instructors have left because the owners treat them badly and disrespectfully. The equipment is old and they place is so sad from the early days when it was under it's original owners. But what even surprised me more was when I went to cancel my membership. The national office hires people to spout back the contract not listening or caring what the customer says. You can not speak to anyone else and they really don't care about customer service. In order to cancel you have to send in a certified letter that will give a 30 day written notice. We will see what happens when I do that. But read the other reviews before signing a contract. Too many reputable gyms out there to be dealing with this poorly run franchise.
