Bad attitude. Pools closed several times in the last couple of years and they think this is good going. To begin with, it should have never closed at the first place! Work on your maintenance please. If pool is closed, lucky if you get the warning emails in advance. No, you get there and then told it is closed and treated like an idiot. No apologies either. Treated like you are nuisance, having the audacity to ask at the first place as to the reason why they could not send warning emails pronto. Shower area is slimy and when there is something broken like hair driers or the clock it would take ages to fix. Reception does not even smile at you. Whoever at the reception never smiles and treats you with disdain (except this Hungarian lady who was vey friendly and remembered your name). The manageress is as bad as the rest. My advice: go somewhere else.
