I have booked my classes online through MYLA, and I was on a waiting list for Body Balance Class on Monday.
Therefore, I didn't attend to the class. And when I checked my MYLA account today.
It mentioned that there has been 3 strikes and I am banned from booking classes.
I rang to LA Fitness Salisbury, and spoke to very rude lady, she said that she called me. However, i didn't received any call or voicemail.
She said that I need to have the responsibility to answer my call at all time.
People have life and work to do.
I would prefer if they email me instead of calling me on the phone while I am work and saying that they have left voicemail which they didn't.
Asking me 'to have the responsibility'?
Nobody, tell me what to do, what I should be responsible for, especially not the receptionist from LA Fitness.
She was being unpleasant to the customer. Horrible Customer Service ever
