I purchased a trial 2 months membership specifically specifying there are no initiation fees and no contract. However, after the initial charge of 68 dollars my card was charged monthly. I have not signed any contract authorizing the LA Fitness to do that, neither was I warned about cancellation policies and such. When I came to speak to the supervisor Kamini Pather at LA Fitness Dallas Mockingbird Location she yelled at me refusing to provide a 3 months refund or an original contract that authorized LA Fitness to charge.
After I complained about getting a pink eye in their filthy facility she insulted me that I got it from my newborn. She was unprofessional and threatening not to give any refund at all. Well, she agreed to 1 month refund, but charged a cancellation fee. I was especially upset about the manner the supervisor handled this situation.
