This review is in no way directed at the staff of my local gym, but the company as a whole and its operation. From its long-winded process of cancellation, absolutely sub-par online presence whereby it's impossible to find the information you're looking for despite always harping on about 'my LA zone' and why you should use it. It doesn't work properly, flat out. Gyms are overcrowded, not enough equipment for amount of gym-goers, some clubs don't have squash courts despite paying same price for others that do.
Poorly run, money-grabbing corporation from the top-down. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
