dirty club & poor service

I was a member of bally's fitness for many years. I thought when La fitness took over ballys it was going to become a cleaner and better fitness club but in fact I am disappointed. I used to love going to the gym on Clark and Broadway in Chicago because staff were friendly and the gym was clean. specially in the pool area where I used to relax after a good work out using the steam room,whirlpool and then a quick swim to end my experience. Now the weight room is so so clean, the locker rooms tiles,bottom walls and more flit is seen. The swimming pool is nasty,steam room has been not working over 3 months whirlpool smell and dirty. flit and scums ,dirty on the floor and walls. the heat room which is not hot enough has dirt or what ever is coming down from the top of the door is not a healthy thing to see. La get your act together a health club is intended for that. I think a prison gym is cleaner then what your company is offering in this moment. I hope enough people get tried of the club if you don't change your ways and find a better alternative .As for me I plan to take my business else where and ask my Friends to follow my lead.By the way I could not find any where on your site where I could have place my comments or I would have. I went on line after I asked one of your employees for the district number or headquarter and got a flake number. La fitness you get a F in your report card for service and product provided.Please get your act together .
