I have been a member of LA Leisure over the last 3 years - paying £42 per month for my membership. I raised concerns about the noise of the music in their club in Kings Heath over a period of time with their staff - but every time I was told that this is what other customers wanted. Given that most of the other customers I saw were wearing headphones like I was to listen to my own music - I couldn't see how this could be the case - so I wrote to the manager of the centre. No response - not even an acknowledgement of the letter. So I complained to their complaints department. No apology for not responding to my letter - just corporate wiffle waffle. I've now closed my membership and am going to join another gym. These people are just not interested at all in their customers.
