These guys have terrible customer service and will do anything to screw another months payment out of you. I canceled my membership at the gym, then the next month was told i needed to write a letter which i promptly did and the month after that I was told that in fact the only way to cancel my membership was to phone there "customer services" number who then said that i needed to pay them for a months membership to cancel. So thats 4 months worth of fees instead of one. crooks.
