When I joined I was recommended by my son. He was suppose to get £50 for suggesting me. He never saw a penny. No one at the Kettering club helped him or the customer service was totally useless. I called to cancel my contract and explain that due to a back injury I cannot continue. I was told I still need to pay one month. The girl in customer service was extremely rude. I cancelled my debit order but was told by another very rude customer service agent that they will add £40 to my bill and hand me over. The Kettering gym was useless as well. Equipment not working. Removing some and not replacing it and all the classes always full. In the year and half I was there I got into one class. Will never recomend them ever to anyone.
