“Excellent Gym”

Ive been a member since they opened. The place is made up of Family. Ive read the review of this women and she tried to cheat the club so she got tossed from the gym. Flex is an excellent gym and the staff are the most helpful around. Teddy knows his stuff and helps anyone that askes him. If your looking for a 24/7 center this is the place. (read more)

If you going to make a statement make a correct one that is truth. First of all I never tried to cheat the gym or anyone for that matter. I've tried contacting the "owner" several times & he will not return calls. I took my daughter with me one night because I didn't have anyone to keep her & he came in & pointed his finger at her & raised his voice & scared her by doing that. He said she needs to leave & get out. Is that a way to treat a ten year old? You don't come into a business and raise your voice to a women and a child regardless of any situation. He could've pulled me to the side & talked to me but instead he was loud, abrasive and very rude.

“The Best fitness center in Leeds”

I train here 4 days a week. The gym is always clean, the equipment is well maintained. This is a real gym with no bs or gimmicks. They have more Hammer Strength machines than any other gym Ive been to and their Cardio theater has, I think a 60 inch plazma screen with surround sound. The place never closes, even on Christmas last year I was able to get my workout in. On the over all The staff is very nice and welcome you in. I guess you would right yourself a good review since you own the place!! This place sucks! People are rude! TV that he is bragging on plays the same movies over & over again, like Back to The Future two nights in a row! They will not work with you if you have problems. I would not recommend to my worst enemy! Go down the street to Snap Fitness or many other places in the area just do not go to FLEX!
