I had gone to enquire about the facilities and the packages,the manager gave me a 5-day trial pass and signed a membership assuring that the entire money will be refunded in case I do not wish to continue.After the trial period,when I cancelled my membership I had to run behind them for more than a month to get the refund cheque, and then i did not get back the full amount.Now I am still chasing for this.Don't I have any other work?This is the worst service I have ever got from a bunch of cheats and liars.
