Absolutely avoid them.
I've been member for 3 years and when I tried to cancel my subscription I went to a total pain, result I spend DAYS at the phone trying to talk to customer service and being bounced from office to office with no luck and honestly I could feel this was done on purpose. As a result they sucked £60 from my account plus lots of phone calls and my precious time. Avoid.
