Waited until 7:20am this morning for somebody to arrive to open up this gym. At which point I decided to head to work, where I could at least get a shower. Apparently someone arrived at 7:25, almost an hour after the club should open.

I used to be a member of the Rotherham branch, until it changed owners, and had the exact same problem there on maybe 5 occasions over a few months. Surely more than one person who has a key should be there for when the club is meant to open?

I thought, when joining a CENTRAL London, PLATINUM club, that I wouldn't have to worry quite so much about abysmal service.

So far, I've been a member for a few weeks, and I'd say things only went as expected around 30% of the days I've been. On the other days, one or more of the following happens:
- Card system isn't working, so either leave things in unlocked lockers, or take all your stuff on to the gym floor with you until it's fixed.
- No music playing in the gym
- Sauna door left open, so men's changing rooms are too hot, and sauna is too cold.
