Outdated, unhygienic & careless

Been a member for a year at stevenage. It's a continuous battle to get some basics taken care of.
Each month some facility breaks down and every time it takes a couple of months to fix while members are not compensated .
It took 6 months of complaining to get cold water available in the health suite. But they then only provided jugs of water and plastic cups. Each time the jugs run out it can be upto an hour before staff bother to refill them, and that's after you a
Alert them . The plastic cups are left by the jacuzzi rather than hygienic ally provided via a cup dispenser which costs less than £50.
The jacuzzi surrounding white grating is thick with body grease and black with dirt, the toilets in the mens changing room are smelly and reminiscent of the local authority tollets.
The showers walls are generally greasy even straight after the attendant has cleaned them.
Staff a very pleasant and happy to oblige but management clearly are unwilling to invest membership funds to improve or update this facility.
Last week the air conditioning broke down during the hottest and humid period and has yet to be fixed .
Shame as the site offers a range of facilities and more than the competition in stevenage, but I will be moving as soon as a new club opens.
Don't be fooled by the sales pitch. Once you sign up you are quickly forgotten.
