My wife and joined the Exeter David Lloyd a few months age because we were fed up with. Our local swimming pool facilities. What we did not expect was the perfect and see less service we have received so far. We are now regular and frequent users of the gym because of the patient and helpful approach of the trainers. We are more often than not welcomed as we walk through the door and given a cheery good bye as we leave.
The three month notice period was clearly explained and time was taken to discuss our anticipated use so we were offered the correct membership.
The facilities are excellent and we rarely have to wait for equipment. All areas are clean and the pool and changing facilities are spotless compared to our local pool.
The cafe give us the occasional opportunity to eat a balanced and clearly labeled meal.
