David Lloyd offers very little value for money and the customer service is appalling. My experience as a member was awful.. Needless to say I cancelled my membership counting down the days of the 3 months notice I had to give. This company lacks customer service skills. There are a few exceptions to this but in general I would say the attitude of staff is awful! Unhelpful and pretentious! Don't waste your money!
