What a Pity when the staff get trained to take your money they don't get trained on the basics of customer services. Went to query a membership break due to new baby on the way yet staff and sales managers so rude to me, I immediately changed my mind and demanded to cancel. Only to be told I was 10 days past my years cancellation date and had to pay another 3 months. Went in a happy customer left in utter disbelief and no chance my family or close friends will be joining again. Virgin here we come I've heard the staff are not brain dead there! Computer says no is the general impression. David Lloyd Worthing please take off " dim wits" out of the job description next time.
