I joined David Lloyd Long Ashton in late May for 3 months and like many have been caught up with their cancellation policy.

Unfortunately, I had property stolen from a locker in July. The CCTV was unserviceable and back door ajar. The agreed actions from the management team were reneged on and I therefore asked to move to Westbury.

Withing two weeks, I witnessed a cleaner using an electric power washer on a wet floor in the showers with an extension lead and no RCD.

I reported the issue and wrote to the CEO asking for a refund. So far, all they have come back with is the stock small print asking for money into October.

Utterly contemptuous of customer service.....Go somewhere else as this is an expensive folly.
