Bromsgrove DL - they seem incapable of keeping the indoor pool water temperature and ambient air temperature at a reasonable level. Complaints that it is too cold are answered by "it's company policy" and/or "Health and Safety" - what ever that means! So cold yesterday I felt physically ill and had to get out after only 30 lengths.

It's not just me, virtually everyone who uses the indoor pool in the mornings feel the same. Got a group meeting 22nd with a member of staff but don't hold out any hope that he will resolve anything as he's the one who said "its company policy" and "Elf and Safety"!
