I've only been a member for a few months, already I've had my swimming costume destroyed by the tumble dryer, and caught a horrendous skin rash from the steam room.

If my complaints had been dealt with properly, I would be nowhere near as annoyed. It took over a month (with many emails calls, and asking at reception) for anybody to get back to me about my swimming costume issue, which I was blamed for ( I followed the directions precisely, so I know this not to be true). I am still waiting for somebody to get back to me about the skin issue.

Other problems I've encountered are broken exercise equipment, lack of parking and broken air conditioning. I'm dreading the jumping through hoops I'm likely to be doing when I cancel my contract at the end of the year.

Save yourself a lot of money and stress by not joining this chain of gyms.
