“Threatening”

Cancelled the subscription but they did not make any notes. They contact only by sending SMS messages asking me to phone their 0845 number. When I did ring they say I owe them money but they refuse to write and tell me why or how much. Just threatening that they will hand the matter to their credit group.
I would recommend everyone stay well clear of them.
