I started training with David in April 2012 to loose a bit if weight and get In shape. Within 16 weeks I lost 2 stone and went from my former 12 dress size to an 8! I absolutely loved the fit healthy lifestyle, and loved weight training so I decided i wanted to work on improving my shape rather than just focusing on weight loss. David completely changed my diet and training programme to suit my new goal. I am currently still training with David on a weekly basis and I will be competing in my first fitness modelling competition in 10 weeks time! Can't believe the changes I have made in just over a year, I definitely couldn't have done it without his constant support and guidance :) thanks so much! Would recommend to anyone with any fitness/ weight loss goals in mind!
