I was always very skinny and found it hard to put on weight. I've been with David for a number of months now, and I've been able to add a lot of strength thanks to him. Not only has he helped me stay on track with my workouts, but he knows his nutrition as well and helped me get bigger and stronger when I found it hard to do so before. He even did a specialised diet plan for me and I'm now able to lift heavier in the gym than before.
