I am coming to the end of my years contract with DW in Cambridge and I will not be renewing for another year because everything would seem to be controlled by head office and in turn nothing gets fixed very quickly if at all! Currently the studio air conditioning has been out of order for seven weeks, the newly built cycling spinning room get totally steamed up within fifteen minutes due to poor design and lack of ventilation. Pool side steamed room and Jacuzzi then to be out of order. Front desk staff seem to be powerless or just don't know anything that is unless you want to join the gym. I am sorry to say all a very poor customer experience which is being let down by a lack of management.
