Worst customer service possible

I decided to leave the gym after equipment constantly being broken, and taken weeks, even months to fix. I canceled my contract with them back in April, and returned mid may with a friend. I had to pay entry as my membership was up, which is fair enough. However I noticed about 5 weeks ago I was still being charged for a membership. I contact the club and was promised a phone all back. A week went by and no call. So I called again. Again I was promised a call back. No call. So I asked to speak to the managed. After a short discussion he said he would get the accounts managed to look into it and call me. Again no call back. AND they still charged me for the month of September. Even after I called to say I wanted to cancel. So 5 weeks on and about 6 phone calls I still don't have an answer. I've now canceled the direct debit with my bank but still yet to receive anything from the gym. Would never return or recommend the gym to anyone. Worst gym in aberdeen. Ran by people who obviously don't know how to run a gym!!
