Firstly I think dw is over priced for what it is, yes they give you access to the gym and swimming pool but the gym has limited machines (usually people waiting for a machine to be free) and the swimming pool could do with some work.

However, my real issue is with the staff. They are incredibly rude and unhelpful, I get spoken to better at pound land! The staff have no passion, energy or people skills and are what drove me to change gyms. I don't want to be best friends with the lady at reception but when I pay x amount a month she can crack a smile when she asks for my card!

What makes this worse is the staff at head office are equally as annoying so you will always be fighting a loosing battle with them!

my sentiments exactly. Have experienced a great deal of hostility amongst staff.The girl on reception is rude, extremely unpleasant & on numerous occasions i'v heard her shouting the most vile profanities at the pt's. Would I train there again absolutely NOT!!!
